moldy bathrooms, rat infestation

Pros:
The property is run by a family that truly cares about the building and its maintanence
Cons:
Rats broke in, there was mold in the restroom, poor ventilation, and my acne was never as bad as it was in this building. Either being next to the street with a lot of dust or having brick walls wrecked my skin. Everyone that visited would also get acne and complain, so it wasn't just a one off.
Advice to owner:
Have better ventilation in the bathrooms

- Noisy!! Can hear everything from the floors above and below
- Next to a rat infested deli- the infestation spread to the building
Advice to owner:
Don't blame the tenants for the faults of the apartment
