Pros:
The building management sometimes makes mistakes when it comes to recording rental payments but they are fixed fairly quickly. The building is mostly clean, no there have been issues in the past with pests. Happy to say that management they take that seriously.
Cons:
The heat situation can be a hit or miss: too hot or nonexistent.
The upstairs neighbor’s apartment reeks and sometimes makes the entire building reek. Management should address it.
