Good location
Young neighbor
Cons:
kids running around the stairs late a night and around 4am baby’s crying no laundry needs painting renovations people cooking all day with doors open .no elevatorfood smells all day

Already spoken about the issues no results was made

Pros:
Nice neighborhood, nice super, clean
Cons:
Management company is USELESS. The laundry room has been broken for over a year.. no one does nothing. You tell the super and he just says to call the management company. Don’t rent any apartments facing 65th place if you have a baby because the noise is horrible.
Advice to owner:
Get better customer service and be better at getting back to complains. Humans live in your buildings... not just money.
