Fine, I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy to clean tile floors. Some of the rooms have nice decorative brick fire places
Cons:
The ceiling is always leaking. Been "fixed" 6 times in the last 18 months. Only lasts until the next rain. Very loud street noise. Poor screens let in mosquitoes all summer.
Advice to owner:
Fix the roof. Fix the screens.

Would Recommend Looking Elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space and good light. Larger rooms even for Harlem.
Cons:
When I lived there, the building had a mouse problem (living in the walls on every floor). There was a bed bug issue in the entire building as well for multiple months.

Also the building is poorly insulated, so it got very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Invest more into this property and address the the fundamental issues.
