Not a fan
Former Tenant
Pros:
new appliances, washer dryer in apt, big windows, tall ceilings
Cons:
Packages stolen on the daily since front entrance door is fully glass and when told to management they did not do anything, Peep hole missing from apt entrance and was never fixed in the 2 years we lived there even though it was mentioned upon moving in, neighbors were crazy rude and entitled, maintenance tickets always took some time to be resolved.

Owner broke lease after fly infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to public transit, entertainment and neighborhood vibe.
Cons:
My unit had a pest infestation when Covid first broke out. Roommates and I were spending all of our time at home while flies took over the kitchen and bathrooms. This went on for months. The property was managed by a co-living company called Bungalow. We were able to get a discount on rent for the trouble. We were told with less than 30 days notice that they were ending our lease shortly after the infestation was finally resolved.
