Pretty Good Experience

Pros:
Fairly quiet and clean building. The management returned my calls. Never had any huge problems. Only saw 1 water bug in 2 years.
Cons:
Far from the city.

Good place, getting worse

Clean Elevator Security No bugs Good landlord
Cons:
Train noise Terrible new super Neighbors hang out on the fire escape Smells like weed all the time Main entry door often unlocked or open
Advice to owner:
Be more choosy with people you let in! Tell the super to be more helpful, he pretends not to understand people. Fix electrical issue Fix water pressure issue Improve security!!!
