Great Building & Best Super!

Pros

Oleh (the super) is the best! He does a great job maintaining the building - he mops the hallways/stairs every Friday. I’ve only had one package stolen in the 2 years I’ve lived here. He is very responsive if you have any problems Trash issues are limited and mainly related to the homeless population in the area. Friendly neighbors - lot of young women and a few people that have been there for many years. The building is across from a school which is nice in the summer - less people around.

Cons

I have only seen a handful of cockroaches over the two years. Pest control shows up the last Saturday of every month which is a bad time and I’m never home to let them in. It’s a little loud because of location - there’s a hospital nearby so you can sometimes hear sirens (most of the city has this issue anyway). There have been a few times where homeless people have been sitting on the stairs / shooting up nearby which is not great, but I do generally feel safe.
