It looks pretty but…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful rooftop. Somewhat spacious apartments.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors. Walls are paper thin. Gym is sub par with old equipment. Laundry room is never working, despite several complaints. Some neighbors smoke in their apartments and it gets in the vents. The front door isn’t secure and packages are stolen a lot. The front of the building is always dirty. Many appliances and parts of the apartment are broken/damaged before move in and fixed enough to get by but never actually repaired.
Advice to owner:
Revamp your gym. Get a new laundry machine rental company. Actually repair the appliances and parts of the apartments that help them to function. Also, responding to residents concerns and actually solve the problems rather than putting them off.

Avoid this building - Isolation is HORRIBLE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Trying to find the pro ... Affordable but not cheap
Cons:
- Noise (my neighbors plays the music and I have the impression they are in the living room) - Moving process - Broker lied about the price of the 1BR 10th floor facing west - price was $2550 and last minute increased to $2775 (didn’t have a choice as we had already planned to move) - The windows let the wind enter, and create a crazy noice can be all night long or all day long depending on the wind guts - you need to run twice the dryer to have your cloth dry - tile is broken but didn’t fix it before the move ... this is not an exhaustive list
Advice to owner:
I don’t know what I can say especially when on the lease the owner pretends that the rent should be more than $5,000!!! I’ve never been more disappointed to move in a building. Would to hear you do something about the noise and wind isolation.
