Lived here for quite a few years - not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of tenants who have been living there for a long time. Very family-oriented. Close to the train. Rent stabilized. Rate box-style apartments that are hard to find in Ridgewood. Tons of closet space. Beautiful original floors. Good super as of 2022. Decent rent-stabilized rent.

IF YOUR LEASE IS NOT RENT STABILIZED, GET YOUR RENT HISTORY. Many units were destabilized in the 2010s, some likely illegally.
Cons:
New people coming in and out after only a year or two. Very hard to get repairs. Minimum done when they finally come in. Building is old and needs continuous work.

Cheap at least
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good amount of space and my unit was well renovated but the building itself feels slightly neglected
It’s very close to train so you can hear but that’s worth it for commuting ease imo
Cons:
Landlord is kind of hard to get a hold of
Some neighbors are a little nosy
