non obtrusive management

Pros:
It was cheap with unobtrusive management. The apartment was newly remodeled so no repairs needed. I moved out halfway through my second lease and the management company was okay with it.
Cons:
Not super clean building, lots of cockroaches

Pros:
(Quasi) honest management company, new apartments.
Cons:
Not a lot of light, the street is always dirty.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the stairway, put some money towards the common spaces, put a camera over the mailboxes.
