Kind of sketchy management

Pros:
The location is great: close to the G and the C/shuttle. Close to Clinton Hill and all sorts of bars/restaurants.
Cons:
The landlord is hard to get in touch with and only reaches out when I call 311 to report them.

Dont do it.

Pros:
Reasonable size apartment
Cons:
Need new doors. The heat dosen't stay in the apartment. The walls and floors are falling apart. Theres no super to keep the building up. Have out dated windows with bars on them. Theres no fire escape.. need new outlets.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the apartments..
