Facades Fade Quickly

Pros:
they have done a good job at renovating these units as they are great to look at and live in
Cons:
Realize quickly that it truly is all facade. No water pressure, floor slopes, poor electrical wiring, etc
Advice to owner:
Dimmers on lights and don’t cut Corners for remodel

Consistent lack of hot water, have seen rodents in building (mice), little to no response with maintenance issue(s)
