So-so experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Somewhat responsive landlord, sometimes you had to ask a few times but they did get things done especially when the bedbugs were concerned.
Cons:
Lived there two years, had a bedbug infestation each year.
Advice to owner:
Become more aggressive about cleaning common areas + preventative measures for bedbugs

Great community, poor maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people in this building are so friendly and welcoming, something that is hard to find in neighbors in NYC! The rent is also semi-reasonable
Cons:
The landlords are cheap and they do t repair things and claim they don’t need to be repaired. There is a bad mice problem and you can hear them all through the walls. The stairway is also poorly maintained and the door into the building never locks.
Advice to owner:
Invest more in the people who have lived there the longest. They are the only thing bringing value to the place.
