Needs better management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building that has potential.
Cons:
Blood stains that remain on walls unwashed for years. Graffiti that has been untouched for years. Ugly paint jobs on hallways(lazyness) always trash on hallways. Not enough superintendents to clean the whole building. They hire drunk random people to clean our building other than 1 super.
Advice to owner:
This is a beautiful building, keep it up to date and renovate it for your loyal tenants. You have good tenants that will help keep the place nice but you let us live in filth. It’s not us who destroy the property, it’s the people who don’t live in here vandalizing our building because they don’t respect it.
