Pros:
Great natural lights, lots of south facing windows
Cons:
ROACHES! Have literally seen over 30 in the span of a year. The summer was unbearable with multiple a day. Management were super slow to send an exterminator over -- had to threaten withholding rent before anything was done

Kitchen is poorly equipped...only 1 outlet which powers the stove and fridge.
Advice to owner:
Send the exterminator...PLEASE!

Takes FOREVER to Get Repairs

Pros:
• Landlord agency is very hands off.
• Units have individual heater/boilers.
• Prime location with a lot of restaurants, laundry mats, shops, etc
• Decent price despite the size of the apartment
Cons:
• Management is HORRIBLE - I was without heat for an entire month.
• Repairs take FOREVER. You have to constantly call and complain for things to get done.
• Tenants aren’t clean and the building hardly ever gets cleaned/serviced
• Building has mice due to uncleanliness
• Not a lot of space in apartments
• Neighborhood can be noisy due to bars
• Never met the Super and I’ve lived here for 3 years
• Mold in bathroom due to the lack of air ventilation
Advice to owner:
Do a better job. Listen to your tenants when they ask for repairs and fix things in a timely manner!
