Pros:
My building sucks ass there’s all types of smoking weed in the hallways the washing machines and dryers don’t work the building is rat infested they don’t attend too the apartment fixtures
Cons:
Hallway smoking fest!
Advice to owner:
Fix the building!

Clean and very efficient when it comes to most repairs
Cons:
Not the greatest neighborhood but it’s okay
And problems with incinerator
Advice to owner:
Fix incinerator and would be much better
