This is the Worse building in the Bronx

I do not like anything
Cons:
I do not like this building because they do not repair, they wait until the ceiling fall down to fix leaking. The super is a crazy man that screens and curses all the tenants and the office do not say anything.

Good stores in neighborhood

The stairs how dirty the building be the the rodent problem this winter no heat an we now have a temporary boiler outside of the building which is not much help
Advice to owner:
Communication needs to be better with the tenants an work really needs to get done in the whole building this property is falling apart
