Good for short term
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments were nicely renovated when they were redone. The units that were not renovated were outdated but clean. Located along the park. Close to highways and forest hills restaurants. The building manager is a great guy and treats the leases like a rent stabilized property.
Cons:
There were constantly water bugs in and under the sink that would not go away. The super takes advantage of tenants and looks for money from them. Constantly knocking on doors about something he saw you do (left snow boots in the hall to dry, opened the front door to hard). Parking at night is awful in this location.

Charming but not quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location and vibe of this place is fun.
Cons:
This apartment is extremely loud, with paper-thin walls and neighbors who throw parties every weekend.
Advice to owner:
Work with neighboring building owners to reduce noise levels outside in patios
