Decent building, good location

Pros:
Good generally clean building. Good water and heat. Good location. Elevator always worked.
Cons:
Some noise from neighbors. Some small roaches. That’s all.
Advice to owner:
None

Building needs new landlord and intercoms

Pros:
Nothing at all except for the super being here
Cons:
Everything especially with bad ownership
Advice to owner:
Sell the building you are the worst you are a slumlord keep the super but sell the building please before we all protest to get you out of here
