Renovated and very clean. Live in super is great

Walk up. Roof leaks on top floor

Pros:
Beautifully redone. New appliance and kitchens. Great natural light in bedrooms. The owner is great, really helpful and responsive.
Cons:
Water pressure could be a bit better. Not bad though.
Advice to owner:
No advice for owner.
