Nice Location and Apartment Size - Poor Communication and Maintenence
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments in elevator building. Super puts in effort to fix problems when possible and neighbors are very friendly.
Cons:
Common areas are not clean, elevator commonly has issues. Impossible to communicate with building owner when you need a larger fix. On and off again pest issues (roaches). Heating can be inconsistent, or insufficient on coldest days/nights
Advice to owner:
Communicate better, improve common areas

Not bad for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent amount of room, washer dryer in unit
Cons:
Good luck getting the management to answer your call or even less likely send you an email
Advice to owner:
Be stricter on your management for better customer service
