Close to public transportation
Cons:
No elevator, long steep stairs, drug activity in front of the building
Advice to owner:
Take a diversity course stop treating tenants with disrespect.

Nice apt building

Pros:
Quiet and clean neighbors. Honest and will let you know if you have a package downstairs. Only 2 Apts per floor. Super is responsive and quick too. There was a rat problem *outside* in front of the building but they treated it. You still might see one occasionally but that’s NYC. Def not as bad as it used to be
Cons:
The trash area outside the building is unorganized and piles up quickly.
