Worse than "Joe's Apartment"
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing to like about this building is if property management that is only going to take your money and NEVER EVER FIX ANYTHING, drugs, prostitution, gang shoot outs, robberies, & the occasional sidewalk cookout is your thing...this place would be your own slice of heaven.
Cons:
The rats, roaches, mice, no heat, no hot water, mold, lead, electrical hazards, no working cameras, the drug dealers whom live at this address and their "customers", the " I no working" super who never ever cleans the common areas although there's garbage & "get high supplies" all over the place...the horrifically loud, super high neighbors that get high/drunk, party and beat each other up ALL THE TIME!!!!!! Lastly but certainly not least, the unreasonably high rent rates they are currently charging (which is well above market rate) to live in one of their man made death traps.
Advice to owner:
Bull doze the place, and give up any other properties you are renting. Terrible human beings who rely on being a SLUMLORD to make bank shouldn't be allowed to be landlords. You shouldn't be allowed to be a landlord and your property management team should be shutdown immediately...City Skyline Realty shame on all of you terrible people!!!!!

This place Stinks
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is a good man and works hard.
Cons:
The neighbors are noisy and the homeless take over the building. The owners are disrespectful to the tenants in that they post late rents on people’s doors exposing private information.
Advice to owner:
Just because people are struggling to pay their rent does not give you the right to shame them by exposing their private and confidential information! Shame on You!
