not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
location is great, decent price
Cons:
mouse problems, yapping dogs in building, loud neighbors who are either listening to awful music or playing video games at ridiculous volumes all day long, get a lot of mosquitoes during the warm months
Advice to owner:
sound proofing, pest control

Generally good with a couple important shortcomings
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Location, friendly and responsive management , rent stabilized and relatively affordable for the area.
Cons:
fixtures and finishes are old and the building common areas are dirty and dusty. Rear door to the garbage is always open and doesn’t have a screen so let’s bugs in, and there is no light out by the back garbage yard. There have been mice in the building and recently started hearing potential critters in the walls! No intercom system and issues with package delivery.
Advice to owner:
Replace the rear door, have better pest management, for the entire building, install an intercom system.
