Beautiful street, disappointing apartment building

Pros:
The building has so much character and is in a prime location.
Cons:
I live on the third floor and caught EIGHT mice this winter. There was a huge hole under my sink and behind my stove that was never fixed from the previous tenant. The walls are extremely thin and even if your upstairs neighbor has rugs, you will hear every foot stop and drawer closing. Also, I had to get a space heater in the winter because the heater barely got hot. The water pressure is good in the showers and sink. No laundry in the building or dishwasher. I had three Amazon packages go missing and the management company didn’t answer my emails about it. Everything about this building and living experience is disappointing to say the least.
