It's just... fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Been here for almost 3 years. It's honestly pretty fine. Packages don't get taken, it's pretty well kept. The closets are big and the living area is a pretty good size. All in all it's at the very least what you'd hope for from an NYC apartment. While putting in support request for maintenance was annoying, they would come within the next day and were attentive.
Cons:
A few things about both the building and management.
- The walls are paper thin. I swear I can hear my neighbor's cell phone vibrate through the walls.
- Fire extinguishers were just placed in the building, with notifications on local fire laws over 2 years into living there.
- Everything must be completed through a ticket. We had water pouring through our bathroom roof and there wasn't any sort of urgency notification.
- Management is really good at following up with you when you are late on your bills, but not when the super tells you to reach out to management to get a replacement key to get into your apartment.
Advice to owner:
I know you own a lot of buildings, but there needs to be a bit of a better method to reach out for urgent requests.

Unresponsive, Pest issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated, good space, good layout
Cons:
Rats in walls, poor construction so things break frequently, plumbing issues, owners are slow to respond to issues, lots of pest issues that were not resolved or dealt with in a timely manner.
Advice to owner:
Hire more responsive staff, spend more on construction and extermination
