Overpriced

Pros:
Really great floorplan, virtual doorman, laundry in building, great location
Cons:
Excessive noise. Conversations held at normal volumes can be heard from the hallways inside the apartments, and through the walls of other apartments. The super is extremely noisy and will hammer, drill, and shout after 10 PM and before 7 AM. Responsiveness of property management company is lacking. Slow response times and failure to thoroughly fix problems have resulted in permanent damage to the building. The apartment was disgusting upon move in and was clearly never cleaned. Refrigerator smelled like old fish and there was mud on the floors in all rooms.
Advice to owner:
Clean the apartments before people move in. Respond to complaints faster to preserve your building integrity. Do maintenance work during legal hours.

“Cheap and poorly installed”

Pros:
Newly renovated building
Cons:
The renovation was poorly done.
Problems with the windows felt like the building didn’t have heat.
No one responds to anything through the online work ticket portal.
I have never met the Super.
Worst landlord I have ever experienced. Fixed nothing. Always chose the cheap bandaid option.
Sewage backed up into our sink.
