Worst Management EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
So you’ll never get a living room like the third floor apartment. 5 windows total, it’s a steal and SUCH a gem for your seasonal depression. but this is literally the only good thing.
Cons:
WHERE TO START. Literally the floors are not even flat. when you’re walking from room to room, it is simply not level. The Bathroom. That’s it. the “kitchen” aka some thrown together appliances and 1.5 cabinets. Not to mention, the roof/your ceiling bends with the floor as well so every time it rains, the ceiling leaks and the owners do nothing about it.
Advice to owner:
Honestly if you’re not going to knock the building down, you need some SERIOUS repairs. Start with the front door maybe so people can’t just lean on it and open it! hope that helps
