It's relatively cheap but …

Pros:
Nice. At times quiet.
Cons:
Too many people here for such a small building. Problems receiving mail. It's a real hassle!
Advice to owner:
Please check your security camera a little more often. You might be surprised what really goes on.

Spacious, beautiful views of Ditmas park, big closets, nice kitchen, friendly neighbors, safe building
Cons:
Thin walls, can hear people throughout the building, slow maintenance repairs, water damage and mildewy bathroom, mice and roaches
