Amazing super, but tenants smoke

Pros:
Responsive and helpful super and family who lives in the building.
Cons:
Tenants smoke in apartments and the smell is everywhere. Many units only face the trash sorting area.
Advice to owner:
Mandate no smoking policies.

Get pest control in the garbage area.
