Beautiful unit filled with light

Pros:
Beautiful unit, with big rooms, and bedrooms filled with natural light.
Cons:
The living room has no natural light.
Because of the neighborhood businesses, you have to be on the lookout for bugs and rats.
Advice to owner:
No advice really.
