Loud but fine

Pros:
Warm, usually clean.
Cons:
Extremely loud construction on first floor starting at 6am and ending in early hours of the morning. So loud could not work from home. Smell of garbage is bad

Pros:
Building is clean, management response is timely, package room for your mails safe keeping, beautiful back terrace as well as rooftop terrace.
Cons:
The only con is neighbors who are always quiet maybe complain about you playing music since it's usually quiet the music will seem loud. Bedrooms aren't big enough to fit a full bed set.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade the rooftop it's such a beautiful space and view you can make it look better and add a grill or two
