Solid place to live

Pros:
Rent stabilized. Great location. Great price. Good layout. Nice neighbors. Nice super.
Cons:
No frills. Minor issues with german roaches. Not terrible, but you constantly have to be careful.

Quiet in back of building
Cons:
Management never responded, exterminator never came, Con-Ed warnings saying management was not paying bills for the building for months, squatters above me whose bathroom flooded into mine multiple times, no apologies from management or any updates on trying to evict the squatters
