Pros:
quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors, spacious 1 bed, separate kitchen, great parks near by
Cons:
some issues with roaches, but def had much worse, some ceiling leakage issues

Cons:
Pest. Pest are the main concern here

Be adamant about pest control and mitigation
