Perfect place to live alone
Former Tenant
Pros:
Ideal landlord that isn't around unless you need something fixed
Cons:
Landlord doesn't always give a heads up when work is done on the building. Not a big deal but can make for noisey wfh days some times.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!

Terrible neighbors exacerbated by terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice space and apartment layout. The sup is great and reliable.
Cons:
Every couple weeks we were submitting a maintenance request (window/ceiling leaks, bathroom leaks, water pressure, unit key replacement didn’t work, mailbox key didn’t work, upstairs tub drain flooded downstairs bathroom..YOU NAME IT)
Neighbors were inconsiderate - played blaring music during a pandemic while tenants worked from home. Domestic disturbances. Never answered their door when tenants tried to ask them to keep it down.
When management was made aware of issues they refused to remediate conflict with neighbor, he yelled at my roommate, then denied us the ability to renew our lease as retaliation claiming we were unhappy and kicked us out 2 weeks before our lease ended which is illegal. They then ignored all my attempts to communicate in the weeks leading up to our move out. Then defamed my character as a tenant when I needed a reference for my new apartment. Very unprofessional, rude, and racist management.
Advice to owner:
Management is TERRIBLE and out to be sued for their handling of tenant issues.
