Pros:
Clean n nice views of midtown
Cons:
Racist management against white people. /. Unsafe with robberies / no security at night time this is the time we need security most and do not have it. It’s disgusting the way the management acts/ kids across the street at ACS are constantly starting fights and robbing people in the area and beyond
