Nice building.

Pros:
Great super, always keeps building clean.
Cons:
Heat is never turned on on time.
Advice to owner:
Please work on the heat problem.

Great place to live

Pros:
The live-in super is a CHAMPION. She is very responsive and reliable, solves issues fast. Apartments are in great condition, hall is clean, elevator always working. Close to the train. Mostly families live here, good atmosphere.
Cons:
Sometimes the train is a little loud if the windows are open and you are in a meeting working from home, but you get used to it.
