Great location, Crappy Service, Unfulfilled Promises
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location by A & 1 train as well as local restaurants and shops. Spacious apartment.
Cons:
Landlord takes forever to reply. Was told there was in-building laundry room before signing in 2018. It was removed a month or two after signing with no communications and still has not been replaced. The elevator is always out of service more than up and running. Flagged window cracks and repairs needed upon moving in, and landlord and super still have not fixed/addressed issues after being flagged for during all 3 years of tenancy. In addition, the super would not set up tenant call box service until 3 rd year of my tenancy after various follow ups.
Advice to owner:
Stop lying to tenants about amenities and gave rent reflect what’s actually offered.
