It’s a place I guess

Pros:
I love that it’s rent stabilized and that if you email the HR coordinator, they are quick to respond.
Cons:
Always having ants in your apartment. The walls are super thin. They do not mop or sweep the halls. The studio is soooo small. They only take checks and your have to go to their office.

No amenities
People don't wear masks
Crumbling and old inside
Biggest con is extremely noisy if you're on the right side because of delivery trucks
Advice to owner:
Would be excellent building if only the noise issue could be coordinated and resolved with the business next door
