Great newly gut-renovated apartment on quiet block

Pros:
Quiet tenants, no pests, private roof access (top floor units only), tree lined block, gut renovated (4F)

Super is not reliable

Quiet and well maintained

Pros:
The property is clean and well taken care of. Neighbors are respectful and street is quiet. Management is very responsive. Overall, it’s a nice place to live.
Cons:
Super could be better at picking up calls. It’s not a big deal though because management does respond fast and gets ahold of him
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing. This is a great place to live.
