Cool roach-free apartment

Pros:
No roaches, nice renovated shower and kitchens
Cons:
Rats in the courtyard, noise travels between floors, slanted floors, easily clogged toilet
Advice to owner:
Good job on cockroach control.

Pros:
Newly renovated lobby w security cameras, responsive management on top of unit upkeep, great spacious studio units.
Cons:
People loitering on the street with loud music boxes, but I think that’s a staple in most downtown areas.
