Best Building I've Ever Lived In
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything was amazing, from the super to our apartment. Miss it very much
Cons:
Didn't have the best landlord but the building and management made it worth it

Great building great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Awesome elevator building in the heart of lower East side
Cons:
Crazy lady in the 9th floor who tampers with neighbor packages and also randomly bangs on doors and drops stolen food and snacks. Very odd, and we think its the family member of the building owner
Advice to owner:
Fix the crazy lady on the 9th floor or we may seek legal action collectively. I know many people in this unit who have identified this woman
