Decent apartment, bad management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, great food around, good lighting. Safe and clean. Rarely saw any bugs at all and they kept the building clean.
Cons:
The AC broke 3 times a summer and management had to be nagged repeatedly to send someone. I’m general, management was slow to respond. Walls were thin and neighbors weren’t especially friendly, but that changes regularly.
Advice to owner:
Have a better system to respond to residents or have a live in super.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Space is large.
Cons:
Management refusing to send any help despite mounting issues at apartment.
Advice to owner:
Show up once in a while, or at least when you're supposed to.
