Awful Building Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated, stylish flooring and bathroom, tenants are friendly, very convenient location
Cons:
Extremely loud - can hear everything on 1st Ave and tenants throughout the building, water temperature is cool/cold, very faulty construction and electrical. Most units in this building have living rooms in the middle without windows, so it’s very difficult to keep a comfortable temperature throughout the apartment. Landlords don’t make your comfort or concerns a priority, or try to understand you. Every issue or ask raised on conditions here come with an excuse instead of a plan or action to make it better. One example is it took until November to get the heat turned on, no one answered our calls or checked on us after several complaints from units in the building were given. I unfortunately don’t trust that this management has the common sense to have processes in place to take care of their tenants
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants, care about their concerns, respect their time, and take responsibility and accountability to improve when it’s clearly needed
