Good, older building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here while I went to Brooklyn College. It's a reasonably nice building - Roger the super was very nice and responsive, the finishes were solid but no frills, laundry machines always worked, and never had a problem with the neighbors or management.

The elevators were renovated around 2015, there's a part time doorman.
Cons:
Had some roach and mice problems from time to time. It's a good location if you want to live in a more quiet neighborhood or want to be close to Brooklyn college, but it's pretty far from any restaurants or grocery stores.
