Management should respect their renters
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is ok in terms of the price.
Cons:
Treat tenants with respect. Especially, Chad was so horrible, unfriendly and so rude when talking to tenants. It’s so unpretentious feeling to talk with a hostile person.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants with respect.

Very old outdated apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious apartment, very quiet , very clean
Cons:
No heat in the winter, alway a issue with the elevator, super doesn’t speak any English and does a poor job at trying to communicate effectively.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants the way you want to be treated

it's a review
Former Tenant
Pros:
they put cameras in the lobby; new elevator last year, live in super. good size apartments
Cons:
it's the hood, so a lot of noise and hanging out, but good people. no laundry in building. need to go to laundromat. pre-war building, gets hot in summer. only one elevator for entire building.
