Pros:
central air , storage space, balcony
Cons:
Rats in front of entrance . Door bell does not work at all. Even when you request help ,management is terrible , You will wait a yr for a response . Unfinished kitchen, patio , bathroom in apartment. Cheap material of work .
No one in Managment does their job .
Advice to owner:
Be present , do your job !! Or do a better job of hiring people to do their job. It’s ridiculous waiting for a year for someone to fix a door, or basement flood or patios but expect rent on the 1st .

Pros:
Nice kitchen, rooftop
Cons:
They break so many violations to run this place. On move in day there was dust & nails on the floor everywhere like they did construction and just never did even the slightest sweep of the place. After a week the bottom basement floors flooded (including my room) and they didn’t send help till 5 hrs later. Didn’t fix the problem till almost 2 months later.
Advice to owner:
Can’t really give them advice cause I know they don’t give a shit. He hires a management company that actively hides his identity. There’s no way to actually contact him.
