Really bad management team
Former Tenant
Pros:
Don’t move there.
Cons:
Management ignores complain, management ignores tenants threatening other tenants and causing damage to them physically. Very noisy tenants with no regards for other. Going into the elevator with blood on the floor and hallway from the tenants getting drunk and breaking bottles.
Advice to owner:
Be more understanding to the tenants when they make a complaint about something and actually doing something to fix the issue rather than ignore it and slide it under the rug expecting it to go away.

It was nice at first….
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is tidy for the most part. Some neighbors are nice. Low rent, nice spacious apartments.
Cons:
Insane infestation of roaches. The trash rooms are filled with roaches all over the walls. I am scared they will fall on me, so I don’t use the trash room I take the garbage all the way outside. Too many sketchy characters living in the building, many are psychotic and drug addicted it’s not a safe place for children. Counselors that work with the vets who have mental issues can only do so much, and the building manager tells you, basically your only option is to report the continuous disturbances to the police or move.
Advice to owner:
Before you let people move in a thorough interview and background check needs to be processed, the people moving in are psychotic and drug addicted and filthy.
