Best super you’ll ever have in the world!

Pros:
The super
Laundromat is right below the building
Great parks
Subway station close
Buzzer works
Great appliances and water pressure
Neighbors were sweet and kind
Cons:
Not the most clean (landlord should invest on a deep cleaning), also some neighbors were not clean and left trash
A bit noisy on one side (right by Amsterdam Av)
The mailboxes were tricky
Advice to owner:
Help the super by investing in deep cleaning the building
