Pros:
Near transportation . #6 subway right on the corner of the building.
Cons:
Management sucks. Give management complaints and they don’t seem to care.
Advice to owner:
Building needs to be gut renovated. Some apartments seem to have mold.

Rat infested, noisy and poor repair

Pros:
Nothing about it is good to live in peace
Cons:
You don’t only hear the rats on the walls but at times you find them in hall ways and in your apt. Lots of loud music and parties even during the week. Maintenance is poor. Maintenance department is always losing your rent and requesting for you to pay it again. Surrounded by a lot of substance abuse. Several muggings and criminal activity

Yes and it appears that they just don’t care at all
